ORDERING AT VAPER TIP
To ensure prompt service, please follow our order cutoff and pickup guidelines:
- Place your order before 6pm PT cutoff. In stock items ship the following day.*
- If picking up from any of our Warehouse locations, your order must be placed the previous day, before 6pm cutoff. If you need same day pickup, please call us directly at 707-978-2665
- Warehouse Will Call is open Mon-Fri 12pm to 5pm PT, by previous appointment only.
- Walk in customers CANNOT be accommodated. Place your order online for faster service.
*Your order may be held for verification. Must be approved prior to shipment or scheduled pick up.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Most of our products ship to virtually any address in the US via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs and delivery times for you. If you would like to inquire about additional shipping options that do not appear on the checkout page, please call us at 707-978-2665 and talk to one of our customer service representatives.
All return requests are subject to the strict enforcement of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
PRODUCT THAT MAY BE SUBJECT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- Product received which does not match the original invoice.
- Unused product in its original packaging.
- Defective or damaged in-transit product, which must be accompanied by photographic evidence thereof. Photographs of damaged product as well as shipping box required.
DEADLINE FOR PROPOSED RETURN
Within fifteen (15) days of delivery of product, a notice of intent to return and reason therefore must be sent to Vaper Tip. Returns must be sent to Vaper Tip within thirty (30) days of delivery of product and postmarked within that time.
AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND FORM REQUIRED
Before the proposed return product can be shipped, a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) must be requested by the customer. Customer should request RMA by emailing email@example.com. Subject should read “RMA Request for Order XXXXX” and include the order number. In the email, please state the reason for the return and any additional images in the case of defective or damaged items.
PACKAGING AND SHIPPING
Product must be returned in its original packaging and original delivery box. Unless the damage or defect was caused by or was the responsibility of Vaper Tip, the Company has NO responsibility for the return shipping costs and assumes no responsibility for a refund in the event a return package is lost, stolen or misplaced (nor does Vaper Tip assume any responsibility for damage to the return shipped product in the event a refund is denied and then re-shipped to the customer).
Any refund is subject to a satisfactory review and inspection by Vaper Tip as to whether the product is returnable, damaged or defective, and in full compliance with these terms and conditions.
DENIAL OF RETURN
Should Vaper Tip not accept the return, it will provide notice of its decision and the reason(s) therefore. In that event, Vaper Tip will return the product to the customer at the customers’ expense for shipping. The customer retains the right to request Vaper Tip to dispose of the product.
PROCESSING OF REFUND
If the refund request is approved, it will be processed within five (5) days thereafter and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow two (2) to three (3) weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement
